GRAV|VIND

The first track is a cover of Darkthrones song En Vind Av Sorg from their Panzerfaust album. This song holds a special place in our hearts and has given us great inspiration since the very beginning of Gravkäde. A colder song can not be found and we consider it to be a true masterpiece of black metal. Our ambition with this cover was to blend the harshness and evil of Darkthrone with the doom and anguish of Gravkväde. We were so satisfied with the results that we decided to share it.

The second track is a ritualistic ambient piece based on an unreleased track that was originally written for GRAV|ASKA in 2018. This track features some of our own field recordings and the church bells in the ending were recorded at the church on the album cover.

Le temps des métaphores est révolu : l'humidité froide, c'est celle des larmes qui coulent sur le visage à cause de la dépression.
